Black Ace uses a Spray Tech booth, one of the most advanced spray booth lines in North America. With downdraft and full bake capabilities, refinish times are drastically reduced, a clean environment is guaranteed for flawless finishes, and projects are baked and cured like a factory finish for shine and durability.

SAtA SPray guns

Our techs use SATA spray guns, engineered and manufactured in Germany with best-in-class technology. A SATA air mask and air system provides both filtered air for the painter and an advanced monitoring system which connects mask, air, and booth to provide information for maximum efficiency and health.

 
 

Glasurit paint

The Glasurit Paint System is the Premium Automotive Paint Line owned by BASF. Glasurit is one of the oldest and most respected Paint Companies in the world, based in Germany, and used by the top Vehicle manufacturers in the world, included BMW, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes Benz, and others.

Glasurit is the world leader in environmentally friendly water-borne basecoats, a product Black Ace will proudly be using. Through BASF and Glasurit, we will have a Life Time Guarantee with our paint finishes.

Mitchel Computer scan technology

Black Ace has purchased the most advanced repair equipment, including Mitchell's Computer Scan Technology so that we can identify pre- and post-computer issues, along with being able to calibrate and reset computer codes after repairs are completed, without having to send vehicle to an OEM Dealer, dramatically reducing the total repair time.

 

industry-leading tools

Available to our techs is all of the equipment necessary to repair the latest in aluminum vehicles, including the current Ford F-150 and Super Duty Models. This is critical for both insurance companies and the factory warranties which are associated with these vehicles. ProSpot, a leader in aluminum and factory approved repair equipment, provider. We have the ProSpot Resistence Spot Welding System, which duplicates the factory welds using the same system the one that manufacturers use. Along with this Spot Welder, we also have a Four Way Welder, steel, aluminum, and bronze (which is used on the body structures of aluminum vehicles), and TIG, which is used for finesse-type welding, including custom work and motorcycle frames. Wedge Clamp is our provider for frame measuring and repairs, giving us the ability to repair both conventional and modern unibody frames and body structures.  Black Ace has invested in the ProSpot Dustless Sanding System, which provides a dust free environment which allows us to give our employees a healthy work place, and maintain a clean environment to aid in our bodywork, electrical, and paint processes. 

 

 

Estimating and management systems

Along with having advanced shop equipment and tools, we have also chosen the Mitchell Estimating and Auto Body Management System, which provides us with the IT tools to provide up-to-date vehicle estimating services, including “live” OEM and aftermarket/custom parts pricing and availability, giving both the customer and the insurance company an accurate and reliable repair estimate. Our management system helps us in the process of parts ordering, tracking the vehicle in the different phases of repair, and giving the customer accurate updates on their vehicle prior to completion.

  • Vortex Spray Liners for pickup boxes, which we also apply for total vehicle and specialty protection on vehicles and equipment;

  • Full automotive glass replacement and repair services, including stone and chip repair;

  • Aftermarket and custom parts and accessories;

  • Custom paint jobs, including vehicles, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, and restoration of classic vehicles and antiques;

  • DuraShield Paint Protection, a clear plastic covering to aid in the prevention of rock chips on critical areas of the vehicle, including hoods, headlights, and lower body areas.
